1 General Terms

Tabej An internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. By using this website or app, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms listed below.

Tabej The right to restrict any user's access to services is reserved at its sole discretion. The company has the authority to suspend or terminate any account for breach of any part of these terms.

2 Account Registration

3 Age & Eligibility

TabejServices are exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.

If there is any doubt about your age, we will ask you to verify your identity using a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

• You must have a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Please verify whether online gaming is legal in your country.
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

TabejDeposits and withdrawals are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are limited to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be accepted.

5 Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the Cash Out option is available.

• For in-play bets, odds may change due to network delays.
• If a match is cancelled, your bet will be refunded.
• Bets may only be cancelled in the event of a verified technical error.
• In the case of an obvious error in the odds Tabej The right to void any bet is reserved.
• Coordinated bets placed from multiple accounts on the same event will result in all bets being voided.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

TabejEvery bonus offer has specific terms that are disclosed before the bonus is claimed. Accepting a bonus constitutes automatic agreement to those terms.

• Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 10–30x.
• Bonuses are subject to an expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once the deadline passes.
• The same person or household cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• If Bonus Abuse is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Winnings from free spins are subject to a maximum cap.

7 Prohibited Activities

If any of the following actions are taken Tabej Reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance if:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to access or manage another user's account, or hacking.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users or spreading misleading information.
• Claiming bonuses repeatedly by opening multiple accounts.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You yourself or Tabej Either party may close the account.

• To self-exclude, go to Settings and use the Self-Exclusion option, or contact our support team.
• If your account is closed due to a rule violation, your balance may not be refunded.
• For inactive accounts (no login for 12 months), a maintenance fee of ৳50 per month will be deducted from the balance.
• Verified withdrawals will continue to be processed even after an account has been closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

Tabej Even with the highest level of technical security in place, no liability is accepted for the following:

• Issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Delays caused by third-party payment services (Mobile Pay/Nagad).
• Bets missed due to unexpected server downtime.
• Data breaches or account compromises resulting from the user's own negligence.

10 Changes to Terms

Tabej The right to update these terms at any time is reserved. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via SMS or email to their registered contact details.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
